Pictures and photos

Whether it’s an oil painting by a grand master or the first picture that your child has done at school, all artwork can be enhanced by carefully selected, high quality bespoke framing. This not only brings out the best in a picture (if done well), but also protects the artwork from damage from the environment and other sources, and is therefore vitally in preserving it for the long term.

Picture | Sri Lankan Ladies on Silk

Beautiful Sri Lankan silks - three images of Sri Lankan women, framed in a multi-aperture off-white mount with gold fillets around each image. I have finished off the look with a gold and silver frame.

Picture | Wittenham Clumps

Watercolour painting of the often-painted and picturesque Wittenham Clumps in Oxfordshire.

The mount has foam core fillets to give a 3D element to the picture and I have hand painted the inner mount to echo and extend the picture. I have then elegantly completed the look with a chunky white frame.

Picture | Charity Murray Watercolour

This beautiful abstract watercolour of rolling hills in hues of purple turquoise and green is by Kingston-based artist, Charity Murray.

It has been framed with a striking triple mount - an off white outer mount and purple and turquoise inner mount - glazed with anti-reflective glass and finished off with a matt black frame which has a small decorative lip.
